When posting a job ad, for example, on the Polish version of the portal, you can select which language versions you would like your ad to appear on.
The content of the job offer will be automatically translated into the selected languages. If you select all available options, you will end up with 9 job ads for the price of one, which allows you to reach foreign candidates and increase the number of applications for the position you are offering.

These are called Recommended Candidates, who meet the criteria you have specified (such as language skills, years of experience, availability, driving license, and more).

Additional Promotion Options
It’s important that your job ad stands out from the others. Regardless of the type of ad you choose, you have the option to add a short video or animation (called a video job offer) as well as photos of accommodation, if you provide it to your future employees. We encourage all employers and recruiters to take advantage of this feature – it guarantees a positive reception of your offer and company by candidates!
If you choose a Premium ad, your job offer will be held in a high position for 30 days. Additionally, you will be able to add your own application form, which will make your work much easier. Moreover, your company logo will be displayed for 30 days, making your company more recognizable! (This option is also available with the Komfort ad).
